My boyfriend just left for Navy basic training this morning around 3:30am. I'm pretty down in the dumps. I mean, I'm very excited for him and I know he'll ace everything with excellence, but I know I'm just going to be missing him so much everyday. The first week is always the hardest, but I'll be fine after a while. I know he will be always thinking about me in his thoughts and dreams and I will as well. I love him very much with all my heart and I wish him all the luck in his success. I already cannot wait to see him, but only this time, in his uniform. (he's going to look hawt ;o ) I only have one more month left and I'm sweating. I'm excited, but I know it's going to be tough; a whole new environment that I'm not used to, but I know I want to do it and I will. Someone important told me not too long ago that something worth while doesn't come easy and that's the truth. I love Will to death and I know it's going to be hard for both of us being separate for a little while, but if we can get through this, we can get through anything. He told me to be tough when he left and I will. I promised him that I would keep working out and studying and I would also look over his mother. I know she'll be missing him a lot as well and Will and his whole family welcomed me with open arms and I owe them so much. I can't wait to get letters from him every week. That's going to be the strength to keep me going. It's been an emotional last few days for me, even though I tried to hide most of it so I wouldn't fill his last memories of me with me bawling like a chaotic baby. We've been together for a year and a month and already, I've ground so close to him. I want to keep making more memories and experiences with him in the future and I know he wants that, too. I miss him dearly. I wish him all the luck in the world and I wish him safe travel to Great Lakes. I know he can do it and be the best damn sailor ever!!! XDD
